What is an end-of-life doula or death doula?
The word "doula" is Greek for servant or helper. In the same way that a birth doula supports women during the labor process, an end of life or death doula supports a person and their loved ones during the dying process. This support is specific to an individual’s needs, beliefs, and desires.

I am a certified End of Life Doula and would be happy to answer any questions you might have about this kind of support - email me with your questions.
